All clicking. Click the flag twice. Click the face to go to the head, click the belly to go to the belly, and click the machine (accessible from both the head and overall view) to go to the machine. Click the book to read the correct instructions, but there are numerous ways (but less than in real life) to mess up. Placing the tube and retractors may take a few tries. Still confused?
