MASSIVE THANKS AND CREDIT TO @dinostroid !!! He made SSBI, and this is ripped from v0.1.5 of that game. Big thanks to @froggbogg too for letting me use their timer. Btw, 0 to hide variables, 9 to show! Major Notes about v4.2: - A key note is that this is a COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL ENGINE! It only works for 1v1s, has the SSBI characters that won't get into SSBG cut and I'm not developing items of FS, but you could retweak it to get that working. Asides from that, everything you'd expect from a Super Smash Bros. engine! Make sure to credit Dinostroid, Nijanesbits, froggbogg and myself for our combined efforts. - Not too many changes from v.4.1, a lot were added in Dino's v4.1.5. Infinite pummeling was removed and it's easier to hit enemies. Noteably, the timer, which was in v4.1 but not on release is here too. But most importantly - Stocks. When you pull up the debug screen, you can see stocks! Marvelous :D They work perfectly fine. And so, SSBG, by technicality has a complete engine. You can use this in your own projects if you wish! I'm just going to spend some time fleshing stuff like the HUD out to look a lot nicer. I'm going to release an announcement explaining how stage and character dev will work soon. In the meantime, I'll be doing these fixes. Full To-Do List here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/962452628/ How to play: On the Character Select screen, drag the little coin things to the character you want to play Q to go back to the character select screen P1: Arrow Keys to Move F while walking to Run Z to Attack X to use A Special Attack C to shield V to Grab B to Taunt P2: WASD to Move E while walking to Run P to Attack O to use A Special Attack I to shield U to Grab Y to Taunt Click on P2 to set P2 to a bot Q to quit a match Pikachu, Naruto, Imposter, Scratch Cat and Mega Man all had their animations cut, but their code remains. If you want to include them, just import their sprites from here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/871446428/ You can also get animations and code from v3.0 of Super Smash Bros. Infinity if you desire.
