Throughout history, girls have had little to no rights. Women were only seen as housewives who did nothing more that cook, clean, and make babies. In some countries, women have been abused. Things like that are still happening today! In Afghanistan, women are forced to cover themselves so that they aren't seen, they can't speak in public, nor can they go out without a man with them, and if they wear nail polish, their nails get pulled out and are even put through arranged marriages, even if they disagree!! Women aren't objects! Ladies have rights too! We as girls are allowed to read and write and think for ourselves, thank you very much! #girlpride
