All around the world, many women are treated as objects and are still thought to have no value in society. Women are treated nowhere near as well as some men are treated. While you may think humanity has evolved in every aspect, the opposite is true. While people continue to create new technology and vehicles and other things, they haven't focused as much on important societal issues like gender inequality. Even in large countries like America, gender inequality is still a major issue, and it continues to impact more and more women each day. Women deserve to be treated as equals to men, and it's absolutely ridiculous that we still have to say this after evolving this much. Many of you still continue to ridicule and insult me for this, but I don't think you understand how serious of a topic this is. Being harassed, treated lower than a male colleague, always wondering whenever alone whether you might be abducted and mistreated; these are all just a few examples of what women go through. Unless men and women are treated as equals, these fears will continue to haunt women and could end up becoming their reality. Thank you for reading. ~ Rose
I’m not saying all men objectify women, so stop with the hate comments, because that’s just rude and disrespectful. I never said men aren't treated unfairly. I never said women are better than men. I never said that men don't face these things. It's time some of you learn to pay attention to the words, because I never said any of those things. This project is highlighting just one of many issues. I'm not saying that women should be treated better. I'm saying men and women should be equal, meaning women should have the same opportunities as men and men the same as women. I'm not hating on men just because I want all genders to be equal. saying that a project about women's rights is just promoting hate on men is about as fair as saying that a painting of a vase is disrespectful to a glass. it's a pointless and irrelevant argument. also, if you want your name on here- you have to remix and sign- as it clearly says in the title, so please don't ask me to put your name on here because I'm not going to.
