to: content enjoyers from: Skittles (but I think I can speak for most creators like me) I don't think you people realize what you are doing but you cannot think lightly of asking for more content from your favorite creators. and if you're thinking "oh it's just another comment" or "just heal up for a day and come back" it's really not that simple, each comment asking for more just adds to the piles of pressure that artists, authors, and coders etc. carry on their backs when they pursue their hobbies and present their work for you and this sort of thing happens DAY after DAY multiple times, I can't name a good creator I know that doesn't care about their followers so don't act like they don't, we do. if creators are CONSTANTLY bombarded with comments asking for more and more they develop this trapped, rat race feeling that their work is what they are sl@ved to and it harshly impacts their- OUR mental health and well being, they can grow more and more stressed, develop anxiety and/or depress!on and some might turn to hurting others or thems3lves because of how bad it makes them feel inside you love us and our work, we love you back, just look at how much we've made in the PAST and in this MOMENT if we didn't want you all to enjoy it we'd have kept ALL of it to ourselves this was NOT written to offend anyone who asks content creators for more, it is just to INFORM them of the impact they are making on the ones they admire and how serious this issue can be, do NOT take it lightly I've been there. I've felt trapped as a creator before and it's not a good feeling, I'm better now, thankfully and I want you all to know that what you're doing happens SO often that it just becomes not OK it's never too late to change, and I'm willing to forgive mistakes like that <333 God bless <3
