Instructions

I'm a girl and I remixed this because I agree! Females and males MUST be treated equally! We might look different and think different but we are both humans, aren't we? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Girls aren't objects! I've heard a few boys say that they are just going to get 'rid' of their girlfriends, and I was really annoyed at that. Girls aren't just objecting to get rid of. We are people, and we matter a lot, too. Sign this if you agree with me. ----------------------------------------------------------------- TW objectification: My school has uniforms but on select days we can wear what we'd like to school. So on one of those days another girl, who's usually very confident and loud was wearing something that was a bit tight on her chest. During lunch, she was lying on the ground talking to a group and one of the boys (who happens to be sexist) decided to stare at her chest. She immediately noticed and she went from loud and confident to quiet and uncomfortable in a second. Thankfully some other girls who were apart of this conversation noticed and stood up for her. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. No one, no matter their gender, should feel objectified. And no one should be victim blamed. - @smilebehappyawesome ----------------------------------------------------------------- We are putting on a play at school. My character from the original play is a male, and his costume is shirtless. When the boys in my play group found this out, they started to joke around about how my chest was going to be bear on the performance day. They also made jokes about my stomach later on. It is NOT okay to make jokes like that. But anyways, it still felt terrible. I felt like I should be ashamed of my body. Ashamed that my chest shows more than other girls my age. Ashamed that I dont have a flat stomach. Ashamed of my body. ASHAMED THAT IM A GIRL. Girls have never been treated the same. Its time to change that. Stand up, and make your voices grow loud. Stand up, be apart from the crowd. You cannot let them bring you down. Dont be ashamed like I was, be proud. @sara_the_empath ------------------------------------------------------------------- POV: You're nine years old and are playing at the park. You're playing tag with a boy. You're it. "I'll get you!" You jokingly tell the boy. "No, you won't." He says. "Why not?" He's silent. "Because I'm a girl?" you ask. He smirks and nods. "Well you wouldn't be alive without your mom, and she's strong." "I wouldn't be alive without/God/, and he's a boy." A few years later: You're eleven and you aren't allowed to go into school because you're wearing a tank top. It's almost a hundred degrees outside. You're forced to wear a jacket all day and and get overheated constantly. Both of those things happened to me. But I'm twelve now, and ready for a different kind of year. You may think I'm a ditzy blond when you meet me. But I'm not. I'm a feminist. And you should be too. Please comment. Please remix. @unicorndragon1010

Description

I have a friend at school. She has gotten dress coded many times... and for what? Because she's female and wants to where what she wants? On the morning announcements, they said this: "We know the weather is getting warmer but we still have to make sure we're still following dress code." this makes me furious because they weren't talking to the boys! Raise your boys to not look at women like that! ITS 2022!!! Please remix! rainbowgal17
