Soak Man, is the first robot master that was created by Neon Scratcher. He's the a robot for cleaning sewers and exploring the ocean. However, he is possessed by Snatcher, a ghost like being that collect contracts for souls. It's up to Omega Man to bring him back to his senses. Soak Man-EX act similar too his normal state, but he's more faster and creates shock waves on the ground ever time he jumps. Thanks to Neonscratcher for his omega man appearence in the previous remix, I didn't have to worry much about making a player character! I made a second phase, tweaked SoakMan's appearence, and that was pretty much it! Now with soak Man's remix out of the way, It will get more complicated for the next robot masters!
