Added the Just Wake Up Slithery Fake-Out and added Pain Mode, this means you have one life and the level is 3. Set ! - practice mode to -2 to turn it on. Also, bosses are added to the mix, after 15 microgames, that a boss will occur. (I was originally adding it on v1, but early for @YouDontKnowJack.)
