No characters with age changing powers. Your character can not be a Gary-Stew or Mary-Sue. No OP characters. You must be patient and wait your turn. Only 30 characters (discounting mine) will be allowed. No humans or normal animals, only Mobians. Fan characters only. Promises: I promise not to flanderize your character. I promise not to make the others bully your character unless you let me. I promise if I accept your entry, I will eventually put you in the series and not forget about you.
