RULES: 3 characters maximum per person (Unless you're me. TEEHEE) Minimum age is 12, maximum 20. This isn't exactly high school, it's an institute for learning. No characters with age changing powers. Your character can not be a Gary-Stew or Mary-Sue. No OP characters. You must be patient and wait your turn. Only 30 characters (discounting mine) will be allowed. No humans or normal animals, only Mobians. Fan characters only. Promises: I promise not to flanderize your character. I promise not to make the others bully your character unless you let me. I promise if I accept your entry, I will eventually put you in the series and not forget about you. One last thing, can anyone make a teacher? (This does not count as an entry.)
