Personality: Wisp could be considered a little odd, when he gets exited the right side of his face twitches and sometimes he talks to inanimate objects. He is also sure that 'the ghost' is following him. He says that the ghost stalks him in dreams, it is unlikely that it is any real creature though. He remembers very little from before the famine started and he's not sure why.
