Whenever a version is an integer (e.g. "4.0", "6.0"), you have until that integer + 0.5 (e.g. "4.5", "6.5") to customize your own props. - In this case, you can now customize your land color, your wall color, or your text color until v14.5. But only your own. The purpose of ACD Nation is to help other countries in war. If 2 of ACD Nation's allies are in war with each other, ACD Nation flips a coin. Whichever side it lands on will be the side it helps.
Hey ACD, Please don't modify my populations unless it innovates my will. It does not make sense to change someone's population, that is not yours. It may look very confusing, but here's the basic concept out of seperate populations; it's to indicate the population of that area of land. Look at Bosland. See how in one land, the population is just over 65,000. Now look at the other. That population is roughly 61 k. Still, I understand you're trying to not confuse yourself, but make sure the owner of the land permits you to change their population. You did not recieve permission, and I had to change it back. Second, please don't expect over 80,000 new people in just a few days. (unless you're talking about the real world, but hey :P) You can go a little bit more powered, but I am encountering "sudden overflow" in population. That is impossible.
