There, I took my updated 14.3 and added the part that GC's 14.4 had, put them together and BAM! v14.5! Don't say the huge population boost is too OP, because "Eastland" is the 2nd-biggest city in ACD Nation, with only New Cleveland ahead of it. Also because Simplese people have already settled in the new part of ACD Nation.
