GASI would like to inhabit the land on Cliopathia's home world, they are offering the habitation of an ocean planet within GASI's borders. GASI also offers to donate 400 colony ships, specially edited to support Cliopathians, each with enough supplies to start an off world colony. GASI throws the 478th Support Garrison into the deal, being a large but somewhat outdated division.
