Rules: 1 - The profile picture you draw for will be a Scratcher with at least 400 followers. 2 - The profile picture must be drawn by you. NO AI 3 - The Scratcher you draw must have a OC (it's own character) 4 - It cannot be a fanart/pfp you already drew!
