January 15th is the final day to submit a(n) entry/entries!! [PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS TO ME] Rules: 1 - The profile picture you draw for will be a Scratcher with at least 200 followers. (you can draw yourself, but you have to have at least 300 followers to do that.) 2 - The profile picture must be drawn by you. NO AI 3 - The Scratcher you draw must have a OC (it's own character) 4 - It cannot be a fanart/pfp you already drew! (I will check the date people) 5 - Remix or just create a new project and submit the link to me w/ the famous Scratcher's username! 6 - Deadline EXTENDED: January 15th 7 - Prizes are still in-process, but There will a first-tenth place! :)) 8 - You can submit as many entries you want, but they must be different Scratchers! 9- Got any questions?
