throughout the universe alien nations scramble to gain more power than all the others... races of creatures compete for survival in this hostile place where most planets are hospitable with life but constantly ramming into other planets and it's just a chaotic time overall... MAGIC SYSTEM: there are 10 levels of Magic Mastery... 0 understanding, beginner, apprentice, novice, intermediate, senior, expert, mastery, Grand Wizard and finally Magica... the highest level... each level can cast better and better spells but it ages the user more and more... the highest anyone has right now is Novice... Tech: we have cloning but it's super expensive and we don't know how to mass produce clones yet... combat droids but they are trash... AI but it has a 70% of turning evil a 20% of being dumb and 10% of doing what you want... we have Dyson swarms but they are expensive to maintain since every solar flare wipes out much of the Dyson swarm... asteroid mining but it inflates the economy of whoever does it... star wars level space ships but they have to be logical (explain how they work)... sun bombs which are SUPER expensive and are only a concept idea right now but they could blow up a planet... everything has been nuclear powered but everything is starting to be powered by suns... civilian space travel is possible but expensive... sun guns exist but are really expensive and are instead of a Dyson swarm... there is also a magic staff hidden somewhere according to legend which make the user stronger... mind upload is possible but takes up LOTS of internet storage space which is very strained due to everyone relying on the internet for everything so nations must build lots of data centers... OTHER INFO: nations don't have much Intel on each other and the concept of MAD is taken to the extreme here where is one nation attacks another it is likely to make them targeted... rebellions are common and harder to track and put down...
