No powerplaying, ask me to specify if needed. 4. No faster than light speed travel, light speed and below is fair game, teleportation exists but is very new and can cause malfunctions. 5.No asset stealing. 6. National socialism is allowed but don't abbreviate it if you know what I mean, you'll get muted anyway 7. Gore is allowed but to a certain degree. LORE: In the year 5006, the Borian revolution, led by Charles Marrat, began. It was a bloody and violent war resulting in 12 trillion deaths, both civilian and military, yet, Marrat and his men were able to overthrow King Pierre Borre V, and established a democracy only in name. Marrat was assassinated by an unknown monarchist only 7 years before this role-play takes place (5134). Pierre's son, Louis, and a few trillion men fled to an unknown star system east of Boria and began planning to take back what was theirs, occasionally launching what Boria calls "terrorist attacks" on nearby ROB cities with some little amount of success. In 5127, a few months after the death of President Marrat, Timothy Avare was elected in an unjust election. In 5032, the Kingdom of Werver, led by Kaiser Victor III, launched a massive surprise attack on Boria on Republic Day (June 12th, anniversary of Marrat's victory at Alare and surrender of the king). 4 trillion died, and in response, Boria sent a massive fleet to attack Werver. Boria, along with its ally Laronia fought with Werver and its puppet, then called Kingdom of Alvaro (now A. State), for 37 years. To the credit of Werver they were able to hold off to far larger nations for a relatively long period of time, but inevitably they were defeated. The kaiser shot himself 2 weeks before their defeat, and his wife was imprisoned in Laronian Royal Prison for life. Paul Braun was elected as president of the newly established Werver Republic, and has lost only 4 elections since. During the Werver War (see above), the Kingdom of Alvaro, a Werver puppet state, was the first to fall, but the government that replaced it, led by President Pablo Azzor, was weak. This gave General Carlos Val the chance he needed, and he took it. A successful coup d'etat by the military began and ended in March of 5046, and Val took control. In the course of a few months Alvaro became a brutal military dictatorship led by Val. The Commune of Arkanoev began not as a anarchist state but as a monarchy 300 years ago... Under the Banat. Mikhail Skoropens he formed the duchy of delijer 20 years later after the great Jarnboern war the Jarldom of Jarnboern was annexed forming the Kingdom of Arkanoev. However, 10 years ago, anarchists and other radical parties, fed up with the monarchy, couped the king's state and won, forming the Commune of Arkanoev In 5012, Samartia finally received independence from Boria after a series of nonviolent yet successful protests. Soon after, however, the Samar Civil War began, as unrest grew and grew between different religious and regional governments, resulting in a 6-year period of anarchy and war. This problem was eventually solved with the foundation of the Samar High Council, which gave equal representation to the many ethnic and religious groups of Samartia.
