The Germans would continue gaining massive galactic territories, solar systems, and habitable planets, since most of the planets were evacuated, it would be easy for the Germans to capture them without even demanding a surrender. The Kaiser has made plans on a post-war Aarland, but these plans are classified by the Office for the Ministry of the Armed Forces.
