On June 21st, a swarm of Gen 10 Warping Missiles, tipped with highly explosive war heads. Landed on GGC occupied territory. These were fired when the Radiant Military Command expected a longer fight. Instead, these missiles wiped out GGC military units and created rifts in the line that fleeing civilian quickly used. Radiant Empire Navel Command sent patrol ships to force the GGC to let these passages open for civilians to leave. Government ships on the other hand will be captured until a treaty is formed and signed. Meanwhile on the battle front due to the defenders falling back and their main mission is too allow civilians to escape. The Radaint Imperial Army is just replacing location banners and the massive force can wash over any location that mounts a defense. But civilian ships trying to flee are allowed through occupied territory under supervision of the Radiant Galactic Navy.
