You guys need to respect the judgement and authority that Scratch Team has over this awesome website that they have built, moderated, and allowed you to use for FREE. Addressing the moderation flaws, I just wanna talk about a certain area that many people will probably disagree with me about but I'm animationstarr and i can do what i want Venting about mental heath is most certainly a thing you can be banned for, and for good reason too. This is a children's coding website aimed towards younger kids. Many of these kids are just now experiencing the internet via this website for the first time, and talking about topics like svicide, abvse, and self h@rm are issues that many parents don't want their kids exploring. 8 years old is still a very young age, and lets be honest, many of Scratch's users are probably younger. I don't wanna hear the rant about how you were tackling these topics when you were 8, because guess what? This isn't about you. It's selfish of you to endanger little kids like that. Many children's experiences were different. MINE were different. Many, if not most, children are still so vulnerable at that age. To put it into perspective, 2nd and third graders. ST handles this problem of venting well with providing warnings telling you to stop. If you don't stop and you get banned, that's entirely your own fault. If your favorite creator does that and gets banned, too bad, it's their fault. Is all mental health venting bad? No, not at all, but going to the extremes like talking about the scarier topics is not okay. 2nd graders are not the people you should be telling your problems to. Quit endangering little kids and go deal with your mental health in a healthy way, that or don't be so explicit my gosh- Scratch Team is just protecting them. ~ Oka rant over :> ssssnake
