After 9 years of dramatic fighting, and the deaths of many, our army of 268,561,900 rebels surrounded Kyiv, the last thing Mozar owned. We surrounded it for months. Things got so bad there, that food was a rare treat. Gaul and many of his high ranking officers abandoned their puppet, Tiberius to die of starvation or by the increasing riots. But we captured them, Tiberius' officers were executed for their genocidal crimes, while Gaul was blinded. Gaul would die just 8 minutes before Kyiv's surrender, 3 days after Gaul abandoned Kyiv. Mozar was no more. Except for minor remnants, Mozar was gone. Many Mozar governors were executed, along with other high ranking soldiers. Tiberius was spared since he was only a puppet, and he is now in Amnesty along with many others. Just because we won, it is not over. We mourn now for the lives lost. 13,340,197 people were killed when Mozar was founded 24 years ago, to make the people fear the Kaiser. We must not be like Mozar. Instead of killing any rebels found, like Mozar, we must let the population grow.
