ice dragon in his human form with fans and when he flaps the fans he can make, and control ice along with ice powers that he already has so hes just OP with his fans bc they boost his ice powers ////////// when in hybrid form for longer than 5 mintues ice start to consume his body, and even his body freezes along with his blood until he gets out of it. It takes 5-10 mintues to get back to normal but using it he has amazing power, and thats why inzumi only saves it for a really inportant moment
