Lizzy is a strict colonel but also a lazy one. And two of her underlings Sophine (The one who is dangling from the ceiling.) and Oliver always fight.(The reason why shes dangling from the ceiling.) Since, after all he was a jerk to her best friend Sarah. So of coarse when Lizzy sleeps on the job all hell breaks lose..... The lazy coloring job was on PURPOSE, to fit the theme.
