i made this because yes. rules: 1. your oc has to be owned by you. 2. no stolen ocs for bases. 3. if you are a bad user, then you get an automatic -inf to 4. 4. no winning over a bad rating, if you do, then i will change it to a -inf/10. 5. no starting remix wars. 6. only i can rate your oc. 7. if you take your rating seriously, then GET OUT.
