Tar is a chirper, a species of wobbledogs that has existed far in the past. (in the wobbledog equivalent to the age where dinosaurs ruled) Despite the challenges, their species has still survived, deep in the tropical forest, separated from the dangerous conditions. They can puff up their ears into a frill, and unfurl their arm feathers into wings to glide. They have the speed of a road runner and the stamina of a wolf, so they can travel long distances if they must. They tend to be less skittish then most of their species, usually the one who is the calmest during disaster. They also have quite a bit more intelligence compared to your average wobbledog.
