So this... thing... is the entire origin of the Mimic/Altermorphs species & how it became to be so expansive. (Do note that the Oni looks sorta different to this, but the Oni is obviously based on this thing & so the Mimics species) The Oni are covered in a pink/red skin, which sorta looks like flesh.. they have a strange bone-like exoskeleton that protects their sensitive skin. Most Oni will have horns & huge bulbous eyes that are very uncanny looking. They can mimic humans (which is how they get their other name, but their real name is "Altermorphs"). The time they were first discovered, they were first discovered by a blonde man named [NAME REDACTED] who to them, was a prophet, thus 3 of these Mimics sorta "morphed" into him, but it's obviously wasn't him bcs they wanted to be "the prophet".. THEY NEEDED TO BE HIM! But this all failed.. Years later, a certain someone came, originally just some nobody, but smtn was different with him, he fit the description of "The prophet"/"The king". The Oni finally found him, they found their new king.
