this is a effect rp. so everything you do in this rp will have a effect on what will happen in the future... (effect rp as in talking about economics, alliance forming and breaking, war starting, etc.) rules: 1. you are allowed to talk about making a alliances or starting a war with him (UCTS). just keep it normal. (and follow the rules of UMNS if you are in it!) 2. no inappropriate talking 3. you need to use your countryball oc and NOT a stolen one.
