rules: no inappropriate characters, like always. vectors AND bitmap are allowed. NEW rules: don't make your character overpowered don't make your character underpowered either provide your character's typing, ability (or abilities), and stats. if you want to, you can just provide the entire thing, and i'll build off of it, but if you don't, i'll take most of the creative liberties. no ACTUAL pokemon (either way, i'll probably turn your oc into a pokemon.) you are limited to exactly one signature move, no exceptions. :) you aren't limited in how many attacks you can add that aren't exclusive to your pokemon though, so extra moves for all are allowed! :^)
