Her name is Dandy she is my new TADC oc since my old one became a separate character for PCOVU, and this new design is based off a toy I had when I was younger so it fits the TADC vibes better (Note: she doesn't always have that black tear on her face, I like to think this drawing takes place when she abstracts)
