This is from the movie Whiplash. It's about a college boy who is learning to be a drummer. He joins in this jazz band that's at his school. The teacher is VERY tough and literally verbally abuses his students to make them the best of the best. This movie is SERIOUSLY good, but it's rated R because there's tons of swearing.
