Oh my god. I DID IT! I ENTERED A CC, WITH ANOTHER PROGRAM!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! It's okay if you can't count this because of some kind of thing that might have broke the rules. I used Flockmod for this. And no, I didn't use blur for everything. I blurred mostly for shading and the eye, though.
