For adopts,you don't need to fill out the form if you are only using common or uncommon traits. If not,please fill in the form. But please DO let me know if you ever host any of them. I will review them and tell you if they are considered valid or not. -fill out the form if you want to make one -I will accept your forms,before that,you can NOT create your own starlie -all of the starlies need to be feral and w/ traits of starlies. I will review your starlies after you create them.
