He canonically has horrible vision so she bumps into stuff. a lot. he needs glasses. big ones. Caspian is massively impacted by anything that is really hot and becomes dry really easily. He prefers to stay in the water. Gender isnt a huge deal to Caspian so she just... keeps her name.. hes probs bigender but she knows FOR SURE he aint into relationships (aroace)
