Willber - Hello, there! I’m Willber! I’m the host of this show, House Hijinks! We will be watching as 16 contestants at the ages of 12-13 share a house, each 8 boys and 8 girls! Every 5 episodes one will choose to leave the house, but if no one wants to leave, the other contestants will have to vote who they want to save! Now, let’s start! The contestants walk up to the house. Edward - Well, I’ll be! Look at the size of this house! Finn - I bet it has 5 basketball courts! Willber - Actually, it has 6! Naomi - This show shouldn’t be too hard. Willber - Oh, don’t let your guard down. Now, I’ll introduce myself! I’m Willber- Leah - Uh, yeah. We know. Willber - Ok, ok. Don’t sass me, though. Anyway, welcome to the first season of House Hijinks! This is a reality show of friendship, betrayal, character development, you will all fight to the top for the prize! Carry - So, uh, like, what is the prize? Willber - THE ENTIRE HOUSE! Bert - So, you're telling me that if we win this show, we win this house? Willber - Yep! And you will be able to move forward into season 2! (If my wallet allows it…) Most of the contestants sounded kind of upset that if they won, they would have to move on into season 2. Willber - Now, first things first, you all must find a room to sleep in. There are 16 rooms, so there is 1 room for each contestant. There’s a button outside of each room, and the first person to press a room’s button claims that room. Go! The contestants run off into the house Terry - Ok, time to find me a room. I want to find a room to express myself. Wow, this house is pretty big! The other contestants are off. Gotta claim a room that I like before anyone else does. Terry looks around. Terry - Ooh! A food room! Yes please! It’s also right next to a cafeteria! Terry presses the button to the food room. Willber - Looks like Terry claimed the food room! 15 rooms remain Naomi - Oh, no! The first room is selected! I have no idea where I am, though. I think I’m in some courtyard. Oh, there’s a room! Naomi presses a button. Willber - The courtyard room has been taken! 14 rooms remain. Bert - Too bad friends can’t share a room. Alex - Yeah, but maybe we could try to find a room next to each other. Bert - Well, if I win the house, I’ll let you come in any time. Alex - Oh, thank you- wait a second… is that a gaming room? Bert - Uh, yeah, but it doesn’t have any other rooms around it. Want to find a different room? Alex - Oh, well, sure. Bert - Sigh. Ok, you can use the gaming room. Alex - You sure? Bert - Yep! But make sure to visit my room! Alex - I will! With that, Alex presses the button to the gaming room. Willber - Looks like the Gaming room is chosen! 13 rooms left! Bert - Ok, now I’m on my own. So much for sticking together. What room should I choose? How about this one; the art room. Bert presses the button. Willber - The art room has been chosen! 12 left! This is going quicker than I thought. Rose - Ok, I’m gone from Elena. She always likes to control me. Wait, is that a room? Yes! I found a room! Just then, Elena walks out from the hallway. Elena - Thanks for finding me a room, Rose! Elena hits the button. Willber - Looks like another room is chosen! 11 remain! Elena - Too bad, Rose. Why don’t you choose the room next door, and then go fetch me my bags. Rose - Oh, ok… Rose hits the button. Willber - 10 rooms left! After 10 more rooms were selected, everyone was ready. Willber then gathered everyone out into the entrance room. Willber - Now, is everyone settled? May - Yes, I think we are. Willber - Very well! Now, don’t worry about you all who haven’t gotten enough screen time, we’ve got an entire season ahead of us! The contestants walk off. Edward - Hey, anyone want to hear a joke? Finn - You better not! Not unless it includes sports! Edward - Oh, I don’t have sports jokes, well, I have a boxing one, but you wouldn't get the punchline. Finn - Seriously? That’s it? Edward - Uh, well… Finn - Ok, it was kind of funny. Now go away! I’m going to play some football. Edward - Uh, well, okay. I’m no good at making friends. Edward - So, uh, anyone want to come over and hear some jokes? … Edward - Okay. Leah - Hey, May! (Oh, hey, that rhymes). So! Do you want to hang out? May - Well, I was going to meditate hard enough until I go into another dimension. Leah - What? May - Never mind, you wouldn’t get it. Clover walks over (Wow, yet another rhyme). Clover - Hi! I’m Clover, nice to meet you! May - Um, hi. I’m May. Clover looks at May’s shirt Clover - Wait, you like the show Interdimensional Frog too!? May - Yeah! I thought I was the only one who did! Clover - Well, want to be friends? May - Well… sure! Leah - Well, Clover, I’m still May’s best friend, so don’t- May - Leah! Sorry, Clover. Leah then walks off, kind of angry. Willber - Well, that’s all the time we have for today’s episode! I kinda thought it would just be everyone settling in. Oh well! Stay tuned for the next episode! Bye!
