Eastern Russian Television Sakhalin, stylized as simply "ERTV Sakhalin", was a Russian television station, formerly located and founded in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in 1994. The network commonly broadcasted Russian-language programming for the Sakhalin and Kuril Islands in the Russian Far East. The network even decided to expand its territorial broadcasting to southern areas of Kamchatka Krai in early 1998, along with Hokkaido and some parts of Khabarovsk and Primorsky Krai.
