a bit fishy, dont you think ;) -meditating with fishy- are you stressed literally every second of your daily life? well then, you’re just like me ! and fishy might be able to help. -breathing exercises- fishy circles around once, breath in. fishy circles around twice, breath out. repeat this until you are calm. if you want something to concentrate on rather than your thoughts, try to count how many times fishy circles. [while breathing in and out, as well.] -letting go of your thoughts- while fishy is circling, think of a bad thought. then the next time it’s circling, think of something comforting. then let it all go once fishy circles around again. repeat this until you have no more bad thoughts. you can do all of these practices at the same time if you want to <3 [it’s also perfectly fine to just watch the animation without meditating, the meditating is just an option if you’re particularly stressed #art #animations
