Rewritten because it was too long. Original is in the project. 1. Do what you want with the design. It's not mine anymore. You can use the character as much as you want or as little as you want. 2. Credit me for designing the character at least once publicly. You do not have to credit me every time you draw the character (that would be kind of crazy ☠️). On Scratch, just credit me as @Dozora. Offsite, just credit me as Dozora or link one of my offsite accounts if you know them. If you use my art for the character, however, you have to credit me every time you use it. 3. If you don't want the design anymore, you can sell it/give it away. You could give it back to me if you really wanted to. If I gave you the design for free, please give it away for free or redesign it before selling it, though. If you had to make art to get the design (DTA or OTA), then you can just sell it. 4. I don't have a graylist or blacklist currently and will never have a public one. If I give someone a character and they end up being a terrible person, I'll just make note of it and never directly give them a design again. 5. None of the characters that I design have specific genders or sexualities or anything. Feel free to give them one :) 6. I’d prefer not to give you a design if you’re like,,,,,anti-LGBTQA+ (including being anti-transgender), anti-interracial marriage, sexist, racist, conservative, support people who have those views or something similar . . so like sorry, I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It’s not an instant DNI (although I’d prefer NOT to interact), but I won’t be giving you any characters or making art for you if I notice that you are supporting stuff like that. 7. If I make you art, you can repost it with credit. I also may post the artwork offsite because,,,,I made it (specifically I post to Cara). I may also post on DA or YT if you have an account there or want me to post it there in higher quality. What I Do With Designs I won't give them away/sell them unless the original creator wants the character back, and I don't want the character anymore. I don't tend to use characters I got from DTAs, OTAs, or DTs as much as other characters (like Lightning or Granite).
