The bees fly to the flower to collect nectar and return to the hive to make honey. The wasps will fly to the hive to steel your honey. Pull back the honey stick with your cursor and let go to catapult some honey onto a wasp. This will cause the bees to attack the wasp, and when they kill it sometimes a new bee will be born.
