Alrighty, in TCOW 004 a new and incredibly powerful villain will be introduced named “hypno”, your job is to design what hypno looks like, the best design will be the official one (yes, this does mean you will play a part in TCOW’s runtime if you win) The runner ups will have their designs be implemented as lessers of hypno. The rules of this challenge is simple. 1: Your design must be a remix of this project. 2: You must use the provided colour palette. 3: You must make it look somewhat detailed.
