For those unaware, Randy can't speak. He can play sound effects from his mouth (like a weird magic speaker), but he can't actually talk himself. Though if a sound effect is a scream, a voice line, or anything like that, he should have no trouble. To combat this, Randy can still somewhat communicate with sound effects, gestures, and of course, a magic cartoon sign that says what he thinks.
