alone. again. creekguard was all alone. alone. the grey and white warrior's heart was hollow as he lay in his nest, silent. he was ALONE. it seemed like this was his destiny. to be alone all his life. by his self. on his own. his family was nearly all gone, his friends as well. fadingphenomena died. he died far too soon, leaving creekguard, his siblings, and his mother alone. starclan had TOOK him from them. creekguard loved his father... creekguard's FAMILY loved fadingphenomena. and starclan shattered that love. they sent the family into the spiral of depression. it was all their fault everyone was gone. and then his mom left. ashflounder abandoned her home. her FAMILY, just to become a stupid kittypet. creekguard felt his blood boil at this. he was usually never angry. but now it was different. his dear, loving mom had just LEFT. he felt more angry than he had ever been. she had left while her children were mourning their father's death. she left them in the worst of times. and she never even tried to come back. then furzeflicker died. creekguard, russetbloom, and zealzip lost yet another family member to starclan. what was starclans problem? taking their father, their brother-- it seemed like they were trying to make creekguard angry. it was STUPID. and then aspenfaith had LEFT. left just like his mother. left thunderclan. left creekguard. a shattered promise. that's what this is. aspenfaith promised creekguard that he woudl stay. he promised he would NEVER leave. that he'd protect creekguard, and be his friend no matter what. and now it's broken. just because starclan stole mistedocean away from aspenfaith, he had to move. it was starclan's fault. AGAIN. and now wingedtriumph. she had promised creekguard she would come back to thunderclan after visiting her niece and nephew in riverclan, and then she was lost. she was coming back, but didn't. he didn't know where she was. no one did. did starclan take her? steal another one of his loved ones? and no one seemed to care, either. all of his friends seemed to be GONE. and no one but him cared. he had russetbloom, zealzip, miracledance, and softhoney, but that was it. everyone else was GONE. all because of starclan. creekguard couldn't help but blame them. it was their fault. for everything. all they do is steal. creekguard plastered on a struggled smile. after all, that was his job, right?? aspenfaith had said it himself, a few days ago. creekguard was alwasy so happy!! happy, happy, creekguard. it was his job to be happy. his place in the clan. after all, if he wasn't happy, everyone else wouldn't be. it was important that everyone else be happy-- after all, if he was sad, that's his fault. his problem. he just had to stay happy. stay smiling. he stood up, eyes dull as he ran out of his den with a smile. a fake smile. but nobody knew that. for everyone else, he was happy. but inside, he was damaged. dead. alone. he ran out of camp, into the woods, which were dark and filled with shadows. he ran through them, paws thudding beneath him as he began to cry, smiling and crying and breaking down. but he kept going. searching, searching. searching for wingedtriumph, searching for his father. creekguard ran right through a bramble bush, the thorns slicing away at his skin. they cut his legs, his paws, his sides, but he was numb to the pain. nothing could ever hurt more than what was inside. this grief, the regret, everything he held back, everything he hid. he ran and ran. trying to run away from his problems, away from everything horrible and dark in the world. if only he could. he had already tried. tried and tried and tried. but nobody can just run away from everything. you have to fight it. and when creekguard tumbled over a rock, his face smashing into the ground and making his nose begin to bleed, he collasped onto the forest floor. he couldn’t fight it. giving up. he couldn't run any further. he just couldn't. and he realized again, he was alone. alone outside of thunderclan, alone. " dad? “ he cried, nose bleeding as he lay there, the blood staining his light fur. " dad, i'm scared... " he whispered, closing his eyes and curling into a ball. " mama...? " he added, opening them again and looking at the sky. " mama where are you?? are you gonna come back? " he was silent. " or am i alone? "
