Instructions

10 YEARS AGO It has been a couple of weeks since Shadow went looking for Silver. He did get Omega to look into the other mountainside to find him. Rouge and him split trails so it made him alone on his own trail. He was even concerned that Sonic, Tails and Knuckles are missing too. Way longer than Silver, however. He was getting worried as every hour passed and the silence of the woods grew. But suddenly, Shadow heard singing. He thought it was just Rouge, signalling that he might've found him. He followed the sound closely, going towards who he thought was Rouge. After walking for a few long yards, Shadow made it to the location where he heard the singing. He thought he saw Rouge sitting on a rock, waiting for him. It turns out it wasn't Rouge at all. More rather, a mysterious female Mobian. Her long, hair-like quills were tied close to the ends and her dark purple cape looked long. Too long for her to be exact. But what stood out to Shadow the most was the grim crown she wore on her head. The ice connected the different colored jewels and made them stuck onto the crown. Shadow was about to turn back around and leave but he already had the female's eyes on him. She hopped off of the rock and went up to him, seeming to be interested. In her eyes, there was a burning feeling of falsehood. He didn't completely trust her one bit. However, the way she walked up to him was with curiosity and innocence. It was making Shadow have a difficult time to figure out if she was an innocent bystander or not. His mind was spinning with all sorts of ideas. However, she finally talked. Her voice was strangely pretty but it didn't make Shadow falter. "Well, what made you come to these woods, strange one? Lost? Maybe looking for someone?" She asked, looking down at Shadow. He never ever saw a female Mobian be at least 2 inches taller than him. Rather, she was 3 or 4 inches taller than he was. Shadow cleared his throat, going to ask this female if she has seen Silver. "Miss, have you seen this hedgehog named 'Silver', by any chance can you give me details of what you know of him?" Shadow asked, holding up the missing poster of Silver to the female. She studied the poster, her eyes narrowed in concentration. She then shook her head to Shadow. He puffed in disappointment, turning away from her and walking away. But, his world went black before he could leave her. After a couple of hours, he woke up. He tried to move, but he noticed that he was bolted down. Shadow looked over to his left and saw another table. There were his Chaos Emeralds and his communication devices. He felt a small sense of apprehension once he couldn't reach for any of his inventory. The room then got lit up by a burning, bright light. He looked ahead of himself and saw the same female he met in the forest. She had a look of madness in her eyes. As if she was insane or something worse than insanity. She gave Shadow no room to speak as she got close to him and quickly cut into his throat and injected a blue liquid into him. He struggled to avoid it but it didn't help him at all. He began coughing out his own blood and felt his heart freezing up on the inside. The female watched as he grew weaker and weaker. She then unbolted Shadow and kicked him off of the table, hurting him so he could lose life faster. Even the deep cut on his throat was being covered by growing ice crystals from the inside of the wound. After a couple of minutes, Shadow's vision went blue, now unable to see and think clearly. He felt so mindless, like he wasn't in control of his body anymore. He felt...dead on the inside.
