Hey, guys... I've recently been having a bit of mental health problems. Recently, I've been having trouble sleeping because of a recent fear of having nightmares. It's like I was a child again... (And that's weird, considering that I'm turning 19 next month.) Now I'm scared to sleep in the dark, and need a light when going to bed. It started when I watched some scary videos, but I didn't expect it to affect me THIS much... Now I'm scared that there will be something to come and get me in my dreams... . . . help...
