Type 13 「U~ōden」(Warden) Advanced Main Battle Tank (AMBT) The Type 13, by Meowibushi Heavy Industries and operated by the NSDF, is a 4th generation-advanced main battle tank. It entered production in 2013. It is meant to serve alongside the Type 91 and replace the Type 73 MBTs.
