Sadly, the security certificate for scratch.mit.edu/downloads is no longer valid. Do not download Scratch 1.4 for now, though 2.0 can still be downloaded safely. Remix to spread the word, and hopefully ST will renew the security certificate...
NOTE: Scratch downloads is now secure, but not scratch 1.4 installer as of April 22nd, 2024.
