They are spies from a book I'm writing called ASTAR *that's the name of the company they work for...I um couldn't think of a better name for the book* and this is a scene where they break into REVEI! FOREWARD- Guys here is the story about those two dragons, as humans! Because that's how I wrote it! Also it is a PAIN to transfer google docs to scratch. It is messy and unfinished, but I just thought it'd be good to throw another oc story out into the world! Anyways don't criticize it, I know it's messy, but, it was fun to make, so yeah! Also yes.
