The Third Elemental guardian.. despite his appearance and demeaner, he is actually a very chill guy his temper and patience is rather short though, but he means well.. depending on his mood, his cloud changes, when he's happy his cloud is bright and sunny, but when he's mad he becomes a thunderstorm he mostly works as a bounty hunter or surveillance guy, due to his abilities of flight and agility, also like the sandman, a marking appears if you are his target.. like the other guardians he is not to be messed with!
