Drag the box over your eyes. Look where you want the balloon to go. It is not necessary to move your head. Just your eyes. Don't focus on just moving your eyes, just look where you want the balloon to go. Look naturally. If you want target practice... well... hit the targets with the balloon. Works best if you are kinda close to the screen. Now has menu!
