I'm starting to lose all motivation to do anything on Scratch. One, there's a whole ton of stuff in my life that's going on (school, personal commitments, religious callings, etc.) that makes it such that I don't have enough time to fully dedicate myself to this website, or at least to the same dedication I put in a while back. Two, I feel like things on Scratch have negatively changed, especially in relation to the communities I'm in. The main community that I participate in, the Countryball Universe, has devolved into a cesspool of near-childish drama. It's a far cry from its, in my opinion, better past days. Most of the other communities I am or were a part of have either faded into obscurity or were taken down. It feels overwhelmingly soul-crushing for me, in a way. I might not leave Scratch entirely, but I may go on a long hiatus. Summer's ahead, anyway. I've got a lot more to do.
